Good property management is measured by what changes: vacancies filled, collections improved, neglected repairs addressed, residents better supported, and owners given a clearer picture of their investment.
These are real examples of problems our team has stepped into and the progress that followed.
When Sheraton began managing Avery Oaks in September 2025, 17 of the property’s 30 apartments were vacant. More than half of the community was producing no rental income.
Our team focused on the fundamentals: presenting the available apartments properly, responding to prospective residents, processing applications, coordinating turns, completing move-ins, and staying closely involved with collections.
Within nine months, Avery Oaks reached full occupancy. The outstanding resident balance was also brought below $2,000.
For the owner, that meant restoring income at a property where vacancy had become the defining issue. For the new residents, it meant a clearer leasing process, prepared homes, and a local team available after move-in.
